The Opportunity: We're now looking for a Technical Co-Founder who can grow with us, not for us. If you are passionate about building impactful technology, scaling teams, and having real ownership (not just a salary), this is your call.Your Role:Act as the Technical Leader of the company: oversee architecture, development, and tech delivery.Create and maintain the complete technological Pipeline and help the marketing team to understand which project to take on Board / Time - time-cost calculation. Build and lead high-performance engineering teams across MERN, GoLang, AI, DevOps, and Blockchain domains.Own tech strategies for scaling SaaS and Services projects.Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and innovation.Be a partner in decision-making for business, not just execution.Stand strong with the company during ups and downs, with a founder’s spirit.We Are Looking For:4+ years of hands-on development experience (MERN, GoLang, AWS/Azure, AI integration, Blockchain is a bonus).Experience in managing teams, technical leadership, or product building.Strong understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and DevOps pipelines.Hunger to build a global-level IT company from India.Ownership mindset — you think like a founder.What We Offer:Stake (Equity Ownership) in Techindika.
