The ideal candidate will have an engineering background (MBA optional), with at least 5 years of experience independently managing eLearning functions, including handling as administrator of multiple global content providers such as Coursera, Skillsoft, LinkedIn Learning, and Udemy Business. The role requires a combination of content curation, platform management, learning analytics, and stakeholder collaboration to drive a high-impact digital learning culture.Key Responsibilities:Manage eLearning Ecosystem: Lead the administration and optimization of third-party learning platforms (Coursera, Skillsoft, etc.) and internal LMS, ensuring seamless learner access, content alignment, and platform utilization.Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Act as a central point of coordination by collaborating with stakeholders across various businesses within the company to identify learning needs and implement scalable digital solutions.Learner Engagement: Drive adoption and completion through targeted communication, nudges, gamification, and awareness campaigns.Content Curation & Deployment: Collaborate with business and HR stakeholders to curate and assign relevant learning paths based on capability needs and strategic priorities.Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging eLearning content tailored to various roles within the organization.Learning Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report learning data and usage trends using Power BI, Excel dashboards, and LMS analytics; provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.MIS & Governance: Maintain and manage Learning MIS including participation, completion, certification data, feedback, and progress against learning KPIs.
