Hi Connections,We are hiring!Job position: International Sales Manager (US B2B Clients)Work Location: Hyderabad or Noida (India) — Must be able to work US EST/PST hours.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Manager to drive our B2B sales operations for US-based clients (US markets).The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing B2B deals with US companies, building and managing sales teams, and delivering consistent revenue growth.This role is based in Hyderabad or Noida, India, with the requirement to work US EST/PST hours.Requirements:• Minimum 5 years of experience selling to US B2B clients (US markets).• At least 2 years of experience hiring, training, and leading a sales team.• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding international sales quotas.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.• Ability to work US EST/PST hours.• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.Compensation & Commission Structure• Base Salary: ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month (depending on experience)• Commission: 5% to 10% on personal sales revenue (tiered based on targets)• Team Bonus: Additional bonuses based on team performance achievements• Quarterly Performance Incentives based on revenue milestones• Growth Opportunity: Fast-track promotion to Director of International Sales based on performanceHow to Apply:Interested candidates should send their updated resume at giri@.
