Upper Material Lamination ManagerLocation: Ambur/Chennai, India (FusionSole) FusionSole is seeking an experienced Upper Material Lamination Expert/Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the upper lamination process to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in footwear manufacturing.Key Responsibilities: ·Expertly manage the lamination process, ensuring the correct application of adhesives based on different materials. ·Operate and maintain lamination machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. ·Organize materials and prepare lamination work in line with the daily production schedule. ·Coordinate closely with the shoe factory team to ensure product quality and process consistency. ·Supervise and manage the daily work of lamination operators, maintaining discipline and aligning with management requirements.Requirements: ·Strong knowledge of material properties and adhesive selection for footwear lamination. ·Hands-on experience operating and maintaining lamination equipment. ·Proven ability to manage production scheduling and materials preparation. ·Familiarity with quality control processes in footwear manufacturing. ·Leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving production discipline.About FusionSole: FusionSole is a dynamic joint venture between the Farida Group and the CJ Group, focused on high-quality footwear production for global brands.
