Job Description

Compensation: Better than competitive, based on experienceExperience: 1–3 yearsAbout UsWe’re a startup building something exciting at the intersection of tech and go-to-market (GTM). Think of us as the team responsible for how the product gets discovered, how users experience it, and how it grows. If you’re curious, love experimenting, and thrive in a dynamic environment, you’ll love working with us.About the RoleThis isn’t your typical marketing or engineering job.As a GTM Engineer, you’ll operate at the crossroads of growth, product, and technology.Imagine building lightweight automations that connect GA and GSC, pull the key data you need, highlight the wins, and surface actionable insights — all without opening a single platform.Imagine owning experiments where the inputs are real product changes — and the outputs are measurable business impact. You’ll ideate, build, experiment, and optimize. You’ll turn ideas into systems. You'll ship fast, learn faster, and grow with us.What You’ll DoAutomate the un-automatable. Build smart workflows that pull data from platforms like GA, GSC, CRM systems — without you (or anyone) needing to log in and click 17 buttons every morning.Design user journeys like puzzles. Think about how a first-time visitor becomes a power user — and then engineer onboarding flows, activation moments, and nudges that make it effortless.Run experiments like a scientist (but faster). Dream up wild hypotheses ("What if we changed this tiny thing?") — then test, measure, and either double down or scrap it by next week.Make data your superpower. Dive deep into product analytics, find odd patterns no one else noticed, and turn them into action plans that unlock growth.Build internal mini-tools. Little automations, dashboards, scripts, slack bots, extensions — whatever makes the GTM engine run smoother and frees up human brains for creative work.Collaborate with everyone. Marketing, product, sales, support — you’ll sit at the intersection and stitch everything together with systems thinking.Turn wins into flywheels. When something works, don’t just celebrate it. Codify it, automate it, and scale it.What We’re Looking ForYou’re a builder at heart. Whether it’s a workflow, a dashboard, a scrappy API integration, or a full user journey — you love creating systems that work (and then making them work better). You speak both tech and business. SQL, Python, JavaScript don’t scare you — but neither does jumping into a growth discussion about conversion rates or user retention. You love to move fast. You don’t need a perfect brief to start — you’re comfortable with a rough idea, some ambiguity, and the freedom to figure it out.You think "what can be automated?" by default. You’re wired to spot manual bottlenecks and immediately start sketching a smarter solution. You’re endlessly curious. AI tools, new frameworks, no-code hacks, emerging GTM strategies — you’re always learning and applying. You can tell a story with data. Not just pulling numbers, but explaining what they mean — and what we should do next. You own your work like a founder. You take pride, you take responsibility, and you’re not afraid to push the boundaries of what’s possible.Bonus PointsYou hate doing manual tasks and take every opportunity to automate it.You are kind and a fun person to hangout with. You’ve built and launched side projects. Why Join Us?Work directly with the founding team on high-impact projects.Get hands-on experience across product, growth, and engineering.Fast-track your career in a high-ownership, experimentation-driven environment. If you love building, learning, and making an impact from day one — we’d love to hear from you!
