This strategic focus ensures that the business unit remains competitive and innovative in a dynamic marketplace.Operational Excellence & Service DeliveryOversee the daily operations of the engagements, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives to enhance service delivery quality and operational efficiency.Implement best practices in quality control, risk management, and compliance to ensure optimal service delivery resultsFinancial Performance & Risk ManagementMonitor and manage cost structures, pricing strategies, and profitability metrics to achieve both short-term operational and long-term strategic goals.Ensure comprehensive risk management and regulatory compliance adherenceTeam Leadership & Stakeholder EngagementBuild, mentor, and manage a team of finance professionals and foster professional development.Act as the primary liaison with clients and key internal stakeholders, communicating business performance, addressing concerns, and ensuring continuity of service excellence.Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, empowering teams to challenge existing processes and propose new solutions.Education & Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.Professional certification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or similar is preferred.Experience:A minimum of 18 years of Finance and Accounting Experience (or in Financial Outsourcing Services).Thorough understanding and demonstrated experience of securing and delivering F&A engagements encompassing PTP, RTR, QTC and FP&A.Proven experience of delivering client value through process automation (RPA, Bots) and process optimization initiatives (Lean Six Sigma etc.)Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to build and manage large high-performing teamsAbility to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environment
