The OpportunityWe’re looking for a senior partnerships leader to join us in a high-impact, high-ownership role. You’ll lead our existing Sales team, drive strategic media alliances, and act as the frontline dealmaker building relationships with publishers, bloggers, and content platforms across India.This is not a back-office strategy role — this is a roll-up-your-sleeves, close-the-deal kind of position. You’ll help us shape zzazz’s market presence, drive distribution, and directly influence revenue growth.Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage the Sales team to drive performance and accountability• Build and own relationships with media publishers, bloggers, and content creators• Identify, pitch, and close high-value partnership deals• Develop scalable outreach strategies to grow our partner ecosystem• Represent zzazz in key industry events, discussions, and networks• Collaborate with product and growth teams to align partner needs with roadmap• Use data to optimize sales processes and partnership success metricsWhat We’re Looking For• ~10 years of experience in business development, media sales, or strategic partnerships• Deep understanding of India’s digital publishing and creator ecosystem• Proven track record of onboarding and scaling media/content partnerships• Strong leadership experience in managing Sales or BD teams• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsBonus Points• Existing relationships with leading publishers and blogger networks• Experience working with SaaS, monetization tools, or media-tech platforms• Exposure to early-stage startup growth and go-to-market strategies
