We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team. This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and sales, working closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients.Job locations Available: Bhubaneswar/Jajpur , Raipur/Raigarh/Jharsugda , Patna/Ranchi , JamshedpurKey Responsibilities:Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and technical specifications.Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients, partners, and stakeholders.Serve as the primary technical resource during the sales process, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.Work closely with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.Work closely with Sales engineering team to provide optimum product selection and offering to the customer.Assist in the development of sales strategies, including lead generation, pipeline management, and market analysis.Ensure seamless post-sale support by coordinating with customer service and technical support teams.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a related role.Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and concise manner.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and technical documentation.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel as required.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in B2B sales.Knowledge of Electrical systems.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary and commission structure.Professional development and training opportunities.
