Company: Early Stage Startup D2CRole Overview:We are seeking a Manager – Content & Digital Marketing who will own and manage content, community-building, and creative strategies. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our online presence and driving consumer engagement across digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:• Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the content strategy for company's digital platforms, including website, social media, blogs, and email newsletters. Ensure content is aligned with the brand's mission, tone, and values.• Creative Campaigns: Create, plan, and implement creative campaigns across digital channels (social media, influencers, paid ads, community engagement etc.) to increase brand visibility and drive engagement with the target audience.• Brand Building: Collaborate with the creative and product teams to maintain consistency in brand messaging and ensure that all marketing materials, content, and communications align with the company's brand vision.• Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to promote their products. Build relationships with influencers and leverage their networks to increase brand awareness.• Performance Analytics: Measure and analyze content performance across platforms, track key metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions, and adjust strategies based on insights.Qualifications & Skills:• Must have 1-5 years in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably with experience in D2C brands or health and wellness industries.’• Deep knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Experience in managing and growing online communities.• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify), social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and design tools (e.g., Canva, AdobeSuite).• Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to complement content marketing efforts.
