ABOUT SCRIPT ASSIST Script Assist turns messy, manual healthcare processes into clear, self-service experiences for clinics, doctors and pharmacies. Our low-code stack is built aroundn8n , so ideas move from whiteboard to production in days instead of quarters.THE OPPORTUNITY Be the bridge between business requirements and the JSON that makes them real. You’ll map processes, build and test n8n workflows, then hand off robust blueprints to our back-end team for production deployment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDiscover & Analyse– Run workshops with operations, finance and product teams to capture requirements and translate them into user stories and process maps. Design & Build– Prototype end-to-end n8n flows (triggers, HTTP nodes, custom JS, error handling) that remove bottlenecks and save time. Document & Handoff– Produce clear specs, version-controlled workflow JSON and swim-lane diagrams for engineers to port into our serverless back end. Test & Optimise– Create test plans, monitor execution metrics and iterate for reliability, latency and cost. Coach & Evangelise– Run “Automation 101” sessions so non-technical teams can spot—and request—high-impact use cases.MUST-HAVE SKILLSHands-on n8n expertise: you’ve built multi-step workflows that integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks and databases. Business-process mapping: BPMN, flowcharts or similar—you think in systems, not single steps. Data savvy: comfortable modelling JSON payloads, using JSONata and debugging with Postman or cURL. Stakeholder communication: clear docs and the confidence to explain trade-offs to both engineers and end-users. Problem-solving mindset: you design for edge cases and love shaving minutes off a process.NICE-TO-HAVESExperience with other low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Retool) or RPA platforms. Scripting in TypeScript/Node.js for custom n8n functions. Familiarity with event-driven or serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Functions).
