Ensure job postings are optimized for maximum visibility and engagement.Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Assist in coordinating interviews and assessments.Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout therecruitment process. Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of candidate interactions.Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs. Provide guidance and training on recruitment best practices. Collaborate with HR team members on workforce planning and onboarding processes. Reporting and Analytics: Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. Generate regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal and organizational policies.
