We’re hiring a skilled and proactive Sous Chef to support our kitchen operations. You will ensure the timely execution of dishes, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, lead and train kitchen staff, and uphold hygiene and safety protocols at all times. Your role is critical in delivering a dynamic food experience that complements our vibrant sports bar atmosphere.Key Responsibilities:- Manage all kitchen operations across outlets, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to standard operating Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation. - Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain quality standards. - Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. - Monitor inventory, prep levels, and coordinate with purchase teams. - Ensure timely delivery of orders during peak service hours. - Support in R&D, menu trials, and special promotions.Requirements:- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in resto-bars/gastro pubs. - Strong knowledge of modern Indian and global cuisine. - Leadership and team management skills.Salary : 45,000 - 50,000
