This role is responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions.RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with business leaders to understand and identify talent acquisition needs and opportunitiesManage all aspects of talent acquisition including identifying selection criteria, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates in cooperation with the hiring manager.Managing end-to-end recruitment processDevelop and maintain a candidate pipeline for the key rolesDevelop and implement strategies to attract passive talentsManage cooperative relationships with external partnersREQUIREMENTS:0-2years of Talent acquisition/recruitment experienceExperience in sourcing candidates through various channels including, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, IIM jobs and networkingExcellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workStrong track record and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentCreative, entrepreneurial, open-minded, and high passion for technologyStrong influencing and consultative skills combined with problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsAdditional brownie points?As experience with legal and financial advisory firms is preferred.
