We seek an outstanding International Professor to join our School of Technology in the Department of Computer Sciences. The successful candidate will be expected to:Deliver high-quality, research-led teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programsEstablish and lead internationally recognized research programsMentor and supervise graduate students (MTech/PhD)Contribute to curriculum development with a global, interdisciplinary perspectiveCollaborate with industry partners and other universities to foster innovation and student exchangeThis is a tenure-track (or tenured, depending on rank) appointment, with an initial contract of 3 years (renewable), commensurate with experience and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Curriculum DevelopmentDesign and deliver lectures, labs, and seminars in core and elective Computer Science/Technology coursesDevelop blended-learning modules, case studies, and project-based assignmentsIntegrate international best practices and emerging technologies into the curriculumResearch & ScholarshipLead externally funded research projects in areas such as AI/ML, Cybersecurity, IoT, Cloud Computing, or Data AnalyticsPublish regularly in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals and conferencesSecure competitive grants from national and international funding bodiesStudent Mentorship & SupervisionSupervise MTech and PhD candidates, guiding thesis proposals and research publicationsAdvise undergraduate capstone projects and hackathon teamsAct as academic advisor for a cohort of studentsInternational EngagementEstablish and sustain collaborations with partner universities for student/faculty exchangesRepresent the School at global conferences, workshops, and symposiumsHost visiting scholars and coordinate short-term international programsService & LeadershipServe on departmental and university committees (e.g., curriculum, research ethics, admissions)Contribute to accreditation processes (ABET, AICTE, etc.)Mentor junior faculty and participate in faculty development initiativesQualifications & ExperienceEssentialPhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related fieldDemonstrated excellence in teaching at the university levelStrong publication record in reputable international journals/conferencesExperience supervising postgraduate and doctoral researchProven ability to secure competitive research fundingExcellent communication skills in English (both written and oral)DesirablePrior experience working or collaborating in multicultural, international academic environmentsIndustrial experience or proven industry-academia partnershipsExperience with online/blended learning platforms and digital pedagogiesAdditional language skills
