The training content will focus on vehicle product knowledge, repair & maintenance, fleet operations, and app processes. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for videography, photography, and illustration who wants to apply their creativity to make high-impact training content. You will work on creating engaging audio-visual training materials, including live-action videos, 2D animations, and illustrations, and contribute to developing assessments and measuring training effectiveness. If you are excited about simplifying complex technical topics and making learning engaging, this is the perfect opportunity!Key Responsibilities● Create engaging training content for our on-ground executives using live-action videos, illustrations, and 2D animations.● Capture photos and videos of vehicle components, repair processes, and fleet operations to enhance training modules.● Develop scripts, storyboards, and voiceover content for training videos.● Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content is accurate and effective.● Work on creating assessments to measure learning effectiveness.● Analyze feedback and data to improve training materials.● Explore and experiment with new ways to make technical learning more engaging.What We’re Looking For:✅ Passion for videography, photography, and/or illustration.✅ Creative mindset with an interest in storytelling and visual communication.✅ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.✅ Willingness to learn animation, video editing, and instructional design tools (training will beprovided).✅ Ability to simplify technical concepts related to EVs, maintenance, and operations into easy-to-understand content.✅ Interest in assessments and measuring training effectiveness.✅ Bachelor’s degree (or final year) in General Science, Mass Communication, Design, or a relatedfield.Bonus (Good to Have, but Not Required):➕ Experience with basic animation or video editing software.➕ Knowledge of 3D design is an added advantage.Why Join Us?⚡ Get hands-on experience in EV industry training content creation.
