Medical Imaging Analysis and Data Engineering SupportQualifications Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. A strong background and hands-on experience in Computer Vision or medical imaging analysis is essential. Experience o Proven experience in data engineering and machine learning, particularly in developing and deploying models for medical imaging analysis.Strong understanding of the structure of medical imaging data (e.g., DICOM, NIfTI) and experience handling these data formats.Experience in radiomics, specifically in feature extraction using tools like PyRadiomics, and integrating these features into predictive models. Technical Skills o Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, PyRadiomics, etc). Experience with medical imaging data formats (e.g., DICOM, NIfTI) and image processing libraries (e.g., OpenCV, SimpleITK). Familiarity with ML model interpretability and explainability in the context of healthcare
