We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate for working like an entrepreneur alongside the current founders on certain 0 to 1 and xTo10x journey.This role is for someone who is very strong at product, thinks AI first and is self motivated to solve challenging problems. People who are passionate about the Emotional Wellness space and want to crack the same will be the best fit.Roles & ResponsibilitiesEntrepreneurial Mindset to scout, create opportunities and build solutions.Ownership for scale up of one or more existing or new initiatives/ experiments.Work closely with the founders in scaling up business of the organisation.Owning the complete P&L and targets for the initiatives.Building and managing the team which works in the said initiative (post a certain level of scaleup).RequirementsProduct and AI-First Mindset demonstrated in personal/ professional capacity.High-ownership and excellent problem-solving ability is a must.Prior Entrepreneurial/ Consulting experience would be preferred.Must have a Generalist mindset with experience and ability to manage projects/ problems in different functions.Outstanding communication, presentation, interpersonal and professional networking skills
