Shadow design discussions the Senior Designer does with clients; prepare Minutes of Meetings and keep track of project milestones to ensure a timely and high-quality deliveryAssist the Senior Designer in 3D designs using SpaceCraft (HomeLane Software) and Sketchup; recommend enhancements and be a sounding board for the Senior DesignerBe available for Site Visits, Masking along with the Senior Designer; take on the responsibility of file management across HomeLane tech systemsAssist the Senior Designer in creating commercial proposals using SpaceCraft and other quoting tools; validate quotes to ensure customers get a transparent and fair estimate.Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure a great design outcome; build relationships with teams like sales, drawing QC, project management teams and plannersMandatory Qualifications:Design education background - B.Arch, B.Des, M.Des, Diploma in Design0-1yr of experience in Interior Design / ArchitectureGood communication & presentation skillsBasic knowledge of Modular furniturePractical knowledge of SketchUpA great attitude.
