This role is ideal for someone from the accounts department who specializes in reconciliation, has hands-on experience with advanced Excel, and understands financial data analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform reconciliation of financial and inventory data using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and Pivot TablesAnalyze large datasets for discrepancies, trends, and variancesPrepare and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and reconciliation logsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reportingMaintain and update standard operating procedures related to reconciliation and reportingGenerate actionable insights to support accounting and business decisionsRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in accounts, focusing on data analysis and reconciliationPrior experience in the jewellery industry is mandatoryExpertise in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and preferably Macros or VBAFamiliarity with Gati software is a plusKnowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an added advantageStrong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and communication skillsPreferred AttributesProactive and self-motivated approach to workStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityAbility to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlinesComfortable working with complex datasets in a high-accuracy environmentHow to ApplyInterested candidates can send their resume at wazidah.leedhrs@ mentioning your current CTC, expected CTC and notice period.Please share or tag someone who may be the right fit for this role
