Profile hiring for: Finance Associate - Due DiligenceDepartment: Financial AdvisoryLocation: BKC, MumbaiWhom are we looking for?Looking for a Qualified CA, a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Finance Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insightful reports and recommendations for informed decision-making. Additionally, this role will involve the visualization of reports to enhance data comprehension.What will be your key responsibilities?Conduct Financial and Tax Due diligence including bank, GST, TDS, PF, and PT reconciliationsConduct basic ledger scrutiny from books of accountsPreparing/reviewing schedules/tables and analyzing basic trends and movements of revenue, expenses, working capital, etc., and identifying any extraordinary movements or changesPreparing/reviewing the DD report with Company overview and factual inputs Framing of findings, observations, and notes to investors to be incorporated in the DD report based on the above pointsResearch on financial metrics like market size, beta, etcPrepare other decks and reports wherever requiredWhat are the key requirements for the role?Qualified CA with 2-4 years of experience in core finance, audit & taxationStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work accurately with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAble to adapt and work with fast-paced work culture and to adapt and learn quickly adapt and learn quickly
