We're looking for passionate individuals for the roles of Lead STEM Engineer and STEM Engineer to inspire and educate the next generation of innovators.About STEMx India:Since 2020, STEMx India has been at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge technology into K-12 education. We were pioneers in introducing LEGO education's hands-on robotics, coding, and early STEM concepts. With studios in Whitefield and Indiranagar, Bengaluru, and an expanding online presence reaching students globally, our mission is to make learning both fun and impactful.& Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement STEM curricula and projects.Assist students with their STEM projects and assignments.Monitor and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback.Lead and mentor a team of STEM engineers (for Lead STEM Engineer role).Collaborate with educators to integrate STEM concepts into classroom settings.Organize and facilitate STEM-related events, workshops, and competitions.Stay updated with advancements in STEM education and technology to drive innovation.Requirements:Education: BTech, MTech, BE, or equivalent in ECE, CSE, EEE, Mechatronics, or related fields.Experience:Lead STEM Engineer: 2+ years in relevant STEM/EdTech/technical roles.STEM Engineer: Freshers or 1 year of experience.Key Skills:Robotics (LEGO/Arduino-based)Electronics & Circuit DesignBlock-based & Text-based Coding (Scratch, Python, Arduino IDE)3D Printing & CAD (Tinkercad or similar)Team CollaborationClassroom/Workshop ManagementCommunication & Presentation SkillsAdditional Information:Location: Bengaluru, India (Onsite)Salary: 2.75 to 5 LPA (based on experience, skills & qualifications)Application Deadline: OpenScreening Process: Introduction round Technical round HR roundSend your resume to:stemxwhitefild@stemxdatahub@Address:Ground Floor, Om Shakthi Temple Road,Konadasapura, Near to Backgate ofPrerana International School,Bangalore 560049Be the future of STEM education with STEMx India!Ignite young minds.
