With a strong hotel background, this role focuses on sourcing, coordinating, and onboarding skilled chefs and hospitality professionals for cruise line deployment, ensuring timely placements and compliance with maritime standards.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate recruitment of chefs, kitchen, and hotel crew for cruise operationsSchedule interviews, trade tests, and background verificationsLiaise with culinary institutions and recruitment partners globallyMaintain applicant tracking systems and hiring recordsAssist with documentation for onboarding, medicals, visas, and complianceEnsure timely joining and deployment schedules in line with cruise line itinerariesQualifications:Background in hotel HR or recruitment (2+ years), preferably with Hotel hiring experienceFamiliarity with cruise or maritime hiring procedures is a plusGood communication and coordination skills.
