Our cutting-edge AI-AgriTech platform transforms indoor vertical farming into a profitable venture while addressing urgent global challenges like health, climate change, and food scarcity. Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern Agronomist to support our Chief Agronomist and Technical Experts in day-to-day vertical farm operations. The role involves hands-on work in crop production activities such as seeding, transplanting, and harvesting, as well as systematic data collection to support research and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:Assist in daily commercial R&D vertical farm operations, including:Seeding of crops as per crop schedules.Transplantation of seedlings with precision.Harvesting and post-harvest handling of crops.Perform regular monitoring of plant health and farm conditions.Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on plant growth stages, environmental parameters, and yield.Support nutrient management, pest monitoring, and crop maintenance activities.Coordinate with the Chief Agronomists and Technical Experts for implementing best practices.Maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency within farm facilities.Assist in setting up experiments or trials as required.Participate in training sessions and actively contribute to team discussions.Ensure adherence to all company safety and quality standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field (or currently pursuing final year).Basic understanding of hydroponics, vertical farming, or soilless cultivation practices is preferred.Strong interest in sustainable agriculture and modern farming technologies.Physically fit and willing to work in farm environments.Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to collect and organize data systematically.Proficient with basic computer skills Microsoft Excel.What We Offer:Hands-on training in vertical farming and controlled environment agriculture (CEA).Mentorship from experienced agronomists and technical specialists.Opportunity to work in a cutting-edge AgriTech environment.Internship certificate upon successful completion.Potential pathway to a full-time role based on performance.How to Apply Interested candidates should send their resume and brief cover letter to with the subject line: "Application: Intern Agronomist – CV"
