Our commitment to excellence drives us to continually expand with new properties coming soon.Role Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Approvals & Coordination Executive to manage coordination between internal teams and external consultants (Licensed Plumber, Licensed Surveyor, Environment Consultant, etc.) for obtaining statutory approvals required for real estate development projects.The role also involves preparing agreements based on standard legal drafts and ensuring compliance with internal protocols.Key Responsibilities:Coordination & Approvals:Liaise with Licensed Plumbers, Licensed Surveyors, Environment Consultants, Fire Consultants, and other statutory professionals to facilitate timely procurement of necessary project approvals.Follow up and track progress for approvals like:Drainage NOCLayout ApprovalEnvironment Clearance (EC)Fire NOCOccupation Certificate (OC)Building Completion Certificate (BCC)Survey Plans and other regulatory approvals.Assist in compiling and submitting documentation required by municipal corporations (e.g., MCGM), SEIAA, NMA, and other authorities.Maintain up-to-date records of approvals, renewals, and compliance obligations.Agreement Drafting:Prepare agreements and work orders based on pre-approved templates from the legal team.Customize draft agreements for consultants, vendors, and contractors as per the project requirement.Ensure legal compliance by cross-verifying agreements with the legal department when necessary.Maintain an organized database of executed agreements and related correspondence.General Administration:Schedule meetings between project managers, consultants, and contractors.Prepare periodic status reports on approval timelines and outstanding documentation.Support project managers in ad hoc administrative tasks related to project execution.Key Skills and Competencies:Strong coordination and follow-up abilities with internal teams and external agencies.Basic knowledge of municipal approval processes and documentation in real estate projects.Understanding of legal terminology related to contracts and agreements.Excellent organizational, record-keeping, and documentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.Qualification and Experience:Graduate in Commerce, Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields.(A diploma in real estate management or construction management is a plus.)2–5 years of experience in real estate project coordination, liaisoning, or legal documentation.Prior experience working with real estate developers, consultants, or liaison agencies will be an advantage.
