Recognized by Great Place to Work® in India, Chile, Romania, the US, and the UK in 2022, we offer a dynamic, growth-oriented, and meritocracy-based culture that prioritizes continuous learning and skill development, work-life balance, and equal opportunity for all.What'll you be doing:• Manage the go to market strategy and initial candidate connect through internal sourcing channels for international clients based in US, Europe, OR LATAM countries.• To understand the demand and client requirements, target competition strategy and hiring budgets.• Work on strategic global hiring programs.• Act as a consultant to global hiring managers for identifying the best and most cost effective talent strategy.• Search and match qualified candidates, through company database, social media channels, job boards and other resources.• Work closely with location recruitment team.• Manage entire end to end interviewing process.• Coordination of candidate interview.• Follow up actions with candidates, regarding the results of their interviews. What you’ll need to have: • Understanding and experience with technical profiles and candidates. • Proven skills in social media channels like LinkedIn, Xing, Indeed Monster, CareerBuilder, Glassdoor, Dice etc. • Proficient in English, together with strong communication skills both written and verbal• Background in technical and financial services hiring preferred.• Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.• Good negotiation skills. • MBA HR Degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred.• Should be comfortable to work in 2 P.M to 11 P.M shift.
