About the Role:As an L&D Coordinator in a fast-paced interior design organisation, you will act as the strategic bridge between business needs and learning outcomes. We are looking for a proactive person to assist in the smooth execution of learning activities. This role is primarily administrative and involves coordination, follow-ups, maintaining records, and engaging trainees through predefined communication templates.Key Responsibilities:1. Coordinate with trainees, managers, and internal teams through WhatsApp, calls, and emails.2. Follow up daily to ensure training tasks, forms, and visits are completed.3. Maintain accurate data and trackers on Google Sheets/Excel.4. Share updates and reminders with trainees using standard message templates.5. Monitor post-training impact and drive continuous improvement using learner and stakeholderfeedback.6. 6. Support onboarding and upskilling programs for new and existing design professionals.7. Promote best practices in design, execution and operational efficiency through learning.8. Support basic reporting by consolidating information from training activities.Preferred Qualifications & Skills:1. 2-4 years of experience in coordination or administrative roles.2. Good communication and follow-up skills.3. Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic email tools.4. Organised, responsive, and detail-oriented.5. Strong engagement skills with the intent of driving key output.6. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and a right decision making skills.7.
