This is a fantastic role for an individual looking for their next big challenge, as you will have the opportunity to work within the US healthcare sector and build their careers, to deliver great results for the client right at the start of a new solution.Job description:Roles & Responsibilities -Note: This is an only 'passive sourcing' role to support the TA team and does not entail end-to-end recruitment.Ownership of the first stage of the recruitment life cycle (Passive sourcing and pipeline building) for various roles assigned.Proactively establishing and maintaining relationships with the US based internal recruiting team team at Korn Ferry for understanding the requirements.Sourcing with the help of google research, passive channels, in consultation with the Team lead, thereby proactively helping the team with relevant profiles and building a healthy pipeline to cover for all hiring requirements.The ideal candidate would be expected to be internet research savvy who can deep dive and verify profiles and professional backgrounds of the physicians (which company are they coming from, fetch their contact details, etc).Supporting the team at a sourcing level by delivering candidates against a range of diverse roles with profile details and contact details of the candidates thereby achieving a successful output.Maintaining process hygiene & excellence with highest level of data integrity and maintain data on MS-Excel.Qualifications & Requirements -Anywhere between 2 to 3 years of US Recruitment experience supporting Healthcare clients (NOT PHARMA) (hospitals, medical centers, affiliates, etc.) to hire for physicians, registered nurses, radiologists, etc. within the US geography.Should understand the US geography and timezones well and be flexible to work during US hours (EST, PST, CST, Mountain time zone) or day shift (as required). Excellent in passive sourcing via Internet/Market research on google, social media, search engines, job boards like LinkedIn, Career builder, Monster, Indeed, X-ray searches, and hiring for a variety of across US Healthcare roles across regions.This role demands a research mindset - a Recruitment + Research Analyst profile.Hands-on knowledge on Microsoft suite (Excel, Powerpoints, Outlook, etc.) and any ATS tool is mandatory.Experience with tools like Seek out, Zoom in are a plus.
