The person would be responsible for payroll reports and assisting the corporate finance team in accounting the payroll for the organization. The position is also responsible for all payroll related compliance in India including PF, PT, ESCI, TDS etc. This role will require the associate to interact with rest of the Company and ensure that the payroll related queries ae resolved for the associates.Job DescriptionExperience Required: Strong payroll understanding with a minimum of 6-8 years of work experience in payroll processing. External payroll vendor. WorkDay Payroll. Development and implementation effective payroll processes. Working experience in TallyEducation Desired: Bachelors Degree in Finance or equivalentJob ResponsibilitiesMonthly Payroll processing: Gather input from all the sources and ensure timely processing of monthly payroll for the entity.Interact with stakeholder and guide them on required approvals and documentation needs for the payroll inputInteract with the payroll vendor for processing of the payroll and ensure accurate output and solve any queries from themQuarterly and Annual Compliance: Ensure annual and quarterly compliances are completed in time and Annual Form 16 is issued as per the declared timelinePlay a key role in integration of local payroll system with global workday modulesMIS and Reporting - Develop and manage reporting structure for both external and internal stakeholderEnsure compliance with GEB policies and internal controls frameworkAdditional Job Description Equipment Used: Normal office equipmentWork Environment: HybridPhysical Requirements: Hearing (auditory), Reading, Sight or Peripheral Vision, Telephone Usage, Typing, Communication (verbal), Writing, Scheduling
