Job Description

HRIS Analyst supporting SuccessFactors maintenance and implementation for all moduleswithin the West Asia Region. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving thesuccessful deployment, optimization, and maintenance of our HR systems to support our HRoperations across the West Asia Region.Key Competencies:● SuccessFactors Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in implementing and supportingSuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management,Learning Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, and more.● Project Management: Able to support allocated projects, ensuring timely delivery,adherence to project plans, and effective stakeholder management.● System Configuration: Strong understanding of HR system configurations, includingdata fields, workflows, permissions, and integrations to align with business requirements.● Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in analyzing HR data, generating reports,and presenting insights to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements.● Troubleshooting and Support: Proven experience in providing technical support toend-users, resolving system issues, and ensuring system stability.● Change Management: Ability to facilitate change management activities, including usertraining, communication, and adoption of HR systems across the organization.● Compliance and Data Security: Knowledge of HR data privacy regulations and bestpractices to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.Internal and External Stakeholders:Internal Stakeholders:HR managers, HR operations teams, talent acquisition teams, learning and development teams,IT department, and senior management.External Stakeholders:SuccessFactors implementation partners, HR system vendors, data integration providers, andexternal consultants.Smart Measurement:System Adoption:Track and report on the adoption rate of SuccessFactors modules within the South Asia region,including user engagement, completion of HR processes, and utilization of self-service features.System Efficiency:Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements tooptimize system efficiency and user experience.Issue Resolution:Measure the effectiveness and timeliness of issue resolution for system-related incidents orinquiries raised by end-users, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process automation, streamlining workflows, and improving dataaccuracy and integrity within SuccessFactors.User Training Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of user training programs and materialsto ensure successful user onboarding and competency development.Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the responsibilities andrequirements of the HRIS Analyst position.
