Position summary:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior English Teacher to teach students from Grade IX to XII under the CISCE curriculum. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of English language and literature, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire young minds to appreciate and excel in English.Duties & responsibilities :1.    Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons in English Literature and Language to Grades IX–XII.2.    Prepare students thoroughly for CISCE board examinations, including internal assessments and project work.3.    Create lesson plans that reflect a thorough understanding of the syllabus and promote critical thinking and literary appreciation.4.    Use innovative and interactive teaching techniques to enhance student learning.5.    Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and maintain academic records.6.    Identify learning gaps and provide personalized support to students through remedial classes or mentoring.7.    Organize and guide student participation in debates, elocutions, dramatics, and literary clubs.8.    Collaborate with other subject teachers to ensure interdisciplinary learning.9.    Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, workshops, and parent-teacher interactions.10. Stay updated with the latest developments in English pedagogy and CISCE board guidelines.Job requirements:1.    Bachelor’s degree in English (Hons.); Master’s in English preferred.2.    B.Ed. degree from a recognized institution is mandatory.3.    Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience in English for Grades IX–XII. 4.    Strong command of English (both written and verbal).5.    Familiarity with modern teaching aids and digital platforms.Skills:1.
