As an Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for open roles, shortlisting qualified individuals, and engaging with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand.Work Location: HyderabadMode of Work: Work from OfficeExperience: Minimum 3 Years of ExperiencePreference: Only Domestic RecruitersPay range and compensation package: 3.5 LPAQualifications: Graduation/PG Responsibilities:Collaborate with HR department & Hiring Managers to write job ads for current openingsAdvertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)Design and implement employee referral programsSource candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processesInterview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviewsReport to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positionsEvaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performanceDetermine qualification criteria for each positionAnalyse turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needsUpdate job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements)Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application processProvide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriateHelp new hires onboardRequirements and skills:Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, HR Recruiter or similar role.Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting.Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databasesGood knowledge of labor legislationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGraduate/ PG in HRM or relevant field.Interested candidates share your updated resumes to durga.t@
