As a Zonal Trainer, you will be responsible for curating content to teach partners vocational skills, training trainers, and ensuring adherence to basic requirements. Your primary goal will be to enhance the skills and knowledge of our partners and trainers, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:1. Curate Content: Develop and curate high-quality content to teach partners vocational skills, ensuring alignment with industry standards and Urban Company's requirements.2. Train Trainers: Train and mentor trainers on the curated content, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively train partners.3. Reiterate Requirements: Reinforce and reiterate basic requirements to partners and trainers, ensuring they understand and adhere to Urban Company's standards.4.
