This role demands good communication skills, and a deep understanding of executive search methodologies.Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and securing talent to drive business success.Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, direct sourcing, and online platforms.Preparing recruitment MIS /Dashboards.Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, medicals, background verification, reference checks, and competency evaluations, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and cultural fit.Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and best practices in executive search and talent acquisition, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve recruitment processes.Required Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills (Preferred/Essential)Qualifications:Graduate in any Discipline with PG/MBA in HR would be preferredExperience (Essential):0-1 yrs experience in Talent Acquisition with executive search firm Knowledge:Knowledge of different executive search methodologies – Essential Soft Skills (Preferred/Essential):Good Communication & interpersonal Skills – Essential Collaboration/communication.Internal Marketing SalesManufacturing ExternalCustomers
