You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring a high performing team, analysing market trends, and collaborating across departments to meet and exceed targets. If you are passionate about sales, have a knack for building strong client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you to join our team!What we are looking for:● 5 years+ of experience in Affiliate Sales for Pan India Region● Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets● Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and external stakeholders. Identify and address customer needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty● Ability to secure 7-10 campaign briefs per week through direct clients and agencies● Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for upper management. Utilize data to drive decision-making and improve sales performance.● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use insights to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly● Expertise in negotiating briefs, onboarding campaigns, handling reporting & follow-ups, generating invoices, and ensuring payments● Results-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem solving skills and a strategic thinker.● Strong network with Direct Domestic Clients and Primary Agencies, with a major focus on Direct Brands● Revenue accountability of 3-5 million MOM (Month-on-Month)● Work closely with other departments, such as delivery, operations, and finance to align sales strategies with company objectives and drive cross-functional success.● Strong leadership skills.
