Established in 1981 to address the human resource challenges of the emerging IT industry, NIIT has grown to become one of the world’s foremost training organizations.With a presence in over 40 countries, NIIT offers a wide range of training and development solutions tailored for individuals, enterprises, and institutions, empowering them to stay competitive in a rapidly changing worldJob Overview and Key Outcomes:Overall KPIs:Enquiry/Lead Generation, Counselling, Conversion, and Payment CollectionMeet Enrolment / Order Intake GoalsUse various channels to generate enquiries (BTL activities, job drives, college connect programs, employment exchanges, etc.)Conduct a compliant admission process and ensure the enrolment of students who qualify through the defined criteriaEnsure timely system updates and daily reportingTravel to various locations to conduct enrolment drives and outreach activitiesResponsibilities and Duties:1) Market UnderstandingKnowledge of the micro-market of the territory, prospect base, and ecosystem (employment exchanges, third-party employers, unorganised sectors, tier-3 colleges, alumni base, etc.)2) Enquiry GenerationConduct multiple activities in employment exchanges, colleges (to a limited extent), job fairs, and outreach to the unorganised sector workforce within and outside the location.Engage effectively with graduates to ensure lead/enquiry generation.Build relationships with all stakeholders to generate a database of eligible candidates.Travel extensively to outreach locations for lead generation.Create and expand the base of locations by adding more every month.End-to-end activity management: generate a database of eligible candidates, make extensive telephone calls to prospects, generate walk-ins, give presentations, convince them to enrol in the course and pay the training fees, and motivate them to pursue opportunities in sales roles.3) Admission ProcessEnsure complete and accurate course information is shared with students.Ensure the student admission process is followed properly.4) System Updation & Daily ReportingUpdate the system regularly.Submit daily activity reports.Contribute to batch occupancy and batch launch.Mandatory SkillsGood communication skillsWillingness to travel extensivelyExperience in education sales is preferredMBA freshers with a strong interest in pursuing a career in sales are also welcome to applyBenefits ProvidedMedical insuranceUnlimited performance-based incentivesTravel allowance (TA)Gym membership reimbursementAnd many more employee-friendly benefits
