Key Responsibilities:Valuation Reporting - Coordination and managing quarterly valuation processesGeneration of fund level returns and related materials to facilitate meetings with various stakeholdersKey input reconciliations between valuation/accounting systemsQuarterly investor and financial reporting deliverablesPerform ad-hoc/on-going analysis and reporting for senior managementParticipate and lead various technology and process improvement initiativesOther ad hoc tasks/projectsCross-functional exposures through various work processesAble to build and maintain relationships and navigate diverse stakeholdersWorks closely with other offices in New York, Hong Kong, and other Asia officesRequired Skills:Candidate must be a Post Graduate with knowledge of Finance1.5 - 3 years of accounting/finance/ Valuations / Reporting experienceStrong project management & multi-tasking skillsHaving technical knowledge about macros, Power BI etc. is a plusAttention to detail, Proactive Team player & Strong Analytical SkillsStrong MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)The profile involves effective communication across Clients’ facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a mustA demonstrated ability to write effectively and summarize large amounts of information succinctly and quicklyA desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders
