The Infrastructure Domain in Information Technology manages and maintains the client/server hardware and software that underpin an organization’s computing environment. This domain covers various responsibilities, from IT logistics, virtualization, storage, containers, integration technologies, to data center management.This list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.Design and Implementation: Develop and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, networks, and storage systems. Maintenance and Support: Perform regular maintenance and updates to IT systems, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and support end-users. Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, providing expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution. Security Management: Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats and ensure compliance with security policies.Collaboration: Work closely with other IT professionals, including network engineers, system administrators, and security specialists, to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems.ALL YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS:Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training 4+ years of experience with demonstrable ‘hands-on’ IT work experience supporting and resolving diverse PC desktop software and hardware issues Must be willing to work varying shifts (Day, Night, Slit, or weekends)Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training Airline Industry experienceSkills, Licenses, and Certifications:Core Technologies: SAP ABAP, PI/PO, HANAAll candidates will need the following.
