Job PurposeResponsible for demand generation from assigned customer and regionBe the face & primary point of contact for the customerImplement plans and strategies with support of ManagerStrict adherence to organisation policy w.r.t reporting, ethics, training etcLocations - Delhi/Gujarat/Bangalore/Mangalore/Cochin/PuneMajor AccountabilitiesResponsible for demand generation of all Aurolab surgical products from the list of customers assigned and the region allocated. This shall be achieved through regular visits, maintaining good rapport, Display good knowledge of procedure and product.Responsible to meet the growth targets as assigned by the organisationImplementing the sales process completely without deviationLiase with dealers to ensure smooth supply chain and correct data entry for his regionImplementation of product strategies / activities without any deviation to ensure desired resultsCollect competitor information and happenings and pass it on to Area managerCollect PMS forms to meet regulatory requirementsMaintain a call average of 6 per day and having at-least 10 OR visit with specific objectives in a monthMaintain doctor call list and update customer database in regular intervals.Maintain customer 360 file for ensuring target focus, performance and achievementsBe always presentable and in formal attire as directed by the organisationEnsure being updated with technical knowledgeEthical promotion and strict adherence to culture of organisation is of prime importanceAny commitment to customer can be given only with approval from line manager.Submission of monthly tour / coverage plan, daily call report (DCR) on a daily basis usingthe software provided is mandatory. Similarly submission of expenses as per the policy should be adhered to. Tour plan should be submitted on 25th of every month for subsequent month.Any other official work as may be assigned by manager or management.
