Product Consultant (1-4yrs exp)Hand-on experience on pharma / projects and preferably with instrumentation background.Patience to listen and understand customer queries. Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.Willing to learn and quickly mingle with the team members. Flexible to travel for implementation.LIMS/QAMS/DMS Domain Knowledge is added advantage.Strong communication and oral skills are required.Should be able to lead the project and team.Should assist the customer all the way in the project execution.Primary Responsibilities:Demonstrate the Caliber products to Customers.On-site build Installations and configurations. Ensure thorough understanding of the customer requirements.Assist delivery lead in Project kickoff and project planningExecution of UAT/SAT (User Acceptance Test/Site Acceptance Test)Execution of Installation Qualification protocolTrain the end-users on Caliber ProductsInstallation of production build and Database maintenance plan creationOnsite support and customer call handlingReproduce the reported issues or test case at offshorePatch updating and maintenanceInstallation of training, UAT and production buildsExecution of Operational QualificationSupport to customer on PQ executionInterface Configurations. Execute test scriptsAssist in internal validation of productExecute Validation scriptsDocument issues and deviations of on-site validationReview validation outputs with customerPrepare validation summary Report
