Experience Required with (Industry type):Managerial Experience from any COMMERCIAL TOOL ROOM.Small Component Mould Manufacturing Engineering, industrial components mould manufacturing Experience.Experience with Automobile / Precise component mould Manufacturing Industry.Foreign Tool Room working Experience (Japan & German) preferred.Job Details:Good Knowledge about the manufacturing of Plastic Injection Molds from the designing stage to final product approval stages.Good Knowledge of Design experience of different types of industrial components , small auto parts in engineering plastics.  Independent decision taking in designing of plastic mould manufacturing.Independent Mold Designing skill with any one of the PLM software(Solid works Preferred), Proficiency in Autocad.Work experience to follow quality standards - ISO-9001-2015 & IATF 16949 & referral documentation Knowledge about the manufacturing of Plastic Part Moulds ,Stainless steel stamping Tool / Dies & Zigs / fixtures etc.Good Knowledge & experience on CNC, VMC, WEDM, EDM machines with conventional machines.Also knowledge & experience in measurement instruments like - CMM, VMS, & PROFILE PROJECTOR instruments etc.Knowledge about Costing related to Tool Room activities for Mold/Tool Cost Estimation & Tool Room Budget estimation etc.Experience in Cold & Hot Runner system feed points in plastic moulds.Work experience in Multicavity parts gate point selection, balancing for uniform flow, pin point ( sub marine ) gate systems.Core Competency:Work experience in Product Design/Mold Design/Tool Design in plastic moulds.Work experience for selection of different Machining Process for mould making.Work experience in Tool Assembly & inspection.Good Team management / Building skills.Knowledge in Plastic Material & Steel Material for the mould making process.
