The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of photo editing, manipulation, and retouching to deliver visually stunning and brand-consistent content.Key Responsibilities:Retouch and edit clinical and documentation images to meet project and compliance standards.Enhance image quality using advanced Photoshop techniques, including color correction, masking, and compositing.Capture high-quality photographs of clinical procedures, equipment, personnel, and environments, adhering to research and documentation protocols.Work closely with clinical and design teams to ensure visual accuracy, consistency, and compliance with guidelines.Maintain organized image libraries with proper tagging, version control, and secure storage.Ensure all imagery adheres to data privacy standards and ethical guidelines, especially involving patient-related visuals.Stay updated with the latest Photoshop and photography tools relevant to the clinical and research environment.Requirements:Proven experience as a Photoshop expert and professional photographer.High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, or Lightroom is an advantage.Strong portfolio showcasing advanced image editing and original photography, ideally in clinical, scientific, or technical settings.Familiarity with best practices in clinical or laboratory photography.Strong understanding of visual storytelling, lighting, and composition in a structured environment.Ability to manage multiple assignments independently while maintaining quality and timelines.Excellent attention to detail and image file organization skills.Preferred Qualifications:Degree/diploma in Photography, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Prior experience working with clinical research organizations, hospitals, or medical institutions.Understanding of compliance and confidentiality in clinical imaging.
