Role Description:• Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets.• Negotiating terms with all new and existing publishers• Forming/negotiating strategic alliances with new and existing online partners.• Helping Sales team with all relevant information for new campaign briefs• Ensure each campaign has clear metrics as agreed with the Head of Campaigns and ensure that campaigns are achieving appropriate return on investment in line with corporate goals.• Monitor day to day progress of campaigns and formulating daily plans• Develop new business relationships with top advertising and marketing brands in Worldwide.• Pitch business proposals to top brands and high-profile clients.• Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge of all things digital.• Acquiring publishers for Performance (CPI, CPA) ActivitiesQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldA minimum of 6 month - 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, with proven resultsExperience in managing a team of affiliate partners, providing guidance, and tracking performanceExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisionsExperience with Ad-serving technology, Affiliate Networks, and Affiliate Platforms like Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch etc.Accustomed to working with various teams including product, tech, sales, and financeSalaries Range:$400-$500 + performance bonus
