You will be a part of a full-stack creative team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to developing, testing and launching.The following are some of the responsibilities for this position:Write “clean”, well-designed, optimised code in phpDevelop, test and deploy high-quality PHP applications in collaboration with the development team.Document features, technical specifications & infrastructureIntegrate and maintain various payment gateways and third-party APIs to enhance system functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features.Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.Contribute to every stage of the software development lifecycle—from specification to deployment.Stay updated with industry trends, technologies and best practices to ensure optimal software solutions.This is an exciting position with a growing company and offers a lot of upsides. This is a challenging position that requires dedication and determination. Some requirements of the position include:Minimum 3 year of professional experience in PHP development.Should have good knowledge of creating and consuming APIs, specially RESTApiHands-on experience with at least one PHP framework (CodeIgniter, Laravel, etc.).Strong knowledge of database design and optimization (MySQL etc.).Experience in integrating payment gateways and working with third-party APIs.Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.Good to have knowledge of OOPS, MVC, Microservices architecture.Should be aware of web security best practices.Must have experience in managing large database and website security.Clearly able to communicate ideas verbally and in writing.Must have a fun, easy-going and confident personality and can think on their feet.You’re self-driven, detail-oriented and thrive in remote collaboration.
