SCIENTE is a trusted business technology consulting partner in intelligent transformation and technology talent services for large global multi-nationals.We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled writer to join our team as a Documentation Specialist as a part of our Business Process Outsourcing services, responsible for drafting and managing service authorization documents for individuals receiving waiver services in USA. The primary focus of this role is writing and revising the plan for Support section of the Individual Support Plan (ISP), drafting justifications for service authorization requests, and completing quarterly reports for individuals receiving In-Home Residential Support Services.Key Responsibilities:Draft and edit Plan for Support for Individual Support Plans (ISP) in USA Healthcare Waiver System.Draft justifications for service authorization requests.Complete and submit quarterly reports for individuals receiving In-Home Residential Support Services.Communicate with company coordinators to verify client information and update documents accordingly.Work with County Coordinators and Staff, making necessary document modifications until approval is obtained.Ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, and completed within deadlines.Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations, ensuring no client information or records are disclosed.Qualifications & Skills:Experience with USA healthcare waiver documentation systems.Strong English writing skills, with attention to detail and clarity.Effective verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with team members.Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.Training will be provided, but prior experience in waiver documentation is an advantage.Skills which are highly desired:A medical or clinical documentation specialist orA remote healthcare BPO professional with exposure to U.S. systems orA technical writer with healthcare background orSomeone with previous experience in Medicaid/Medicare documentation.When you apply, you voluntarily consent to the disclosure, collection and use of your personal data for employment/recruitment and related purposes in accordance with the SCIENTE Group Privacy Policy, a copy of which is published at SCIENTE's website (is assured, and only shortlisted candidates will be notified for interviews.
