Must Have Skills:Design, implement, and support Oracle GoldenGate solutions for real-time data replication and migrations.Set up and configure GoldenGate in heterogeneous environments including Oracle-to-Oracle and Oracle-to-Non-Oracle targets.Develop and maintain documentation for architecture, configuration, and processes.Collaborate with DBAs, Cloud Engineers, and Application teams for seamless data integration.Optimize GoldenGate performance and troubleshoot replication issues.Support migration projects involving large data volumes and critical business applications.Ensure solutions align with disaster recovery and high availability requirements.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.Stay updated with Oracle product roadmaps and GoldenGate advancements.Required Skills & Experience:10+ years of experience in implementing and managing Oracle GoldenGate.Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (11g, 12c, 19c).Experience with heterogeneous replication (e.g., Oracle to SQL Server, MySQL).Familiarity with GoldenGate Microservices Architecture (OGGMA) is a plus.Strong troubleshooting skills with end-to-end replication flows.Understanding of Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard is advantageous.Experience with Cloud platforms (OCI, Azure, AWS, GCP) is highly desirable.Scripting skills (Shell, Python) for automation is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Oracle Certified GoldenGate Specialist.Experience in multicloud or hybrid cloud environments.
