Job Description

Qualification & Job Description:LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university.Additional legal qualifications will be a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Legal Executive or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate setup.Handle court cases on board and notices on various legal issues related to Employees, Customer, Vendor and Service Provider at Corporate level Companies Act, 2013, Foreign Exchange Management Act, Labour and Industrial laws, Indian Contract Act, 1872.Preparing and attending to all Hearing of Law-suits (both Civil and criminal) filed by PARLE GROUP Preparing and attending to Hearings as well as complying with all court related work relating to defined law suits (both civil and criminal) filed by and against PARLE GROUPDrafting of HR policies as per the standing orders.Helping PARLE GROUP to build a robust mechanism to identify the fraudulent intent of any company personnel at grass root level and ensuring and guiding a lawful way to get rid of such employees and company personnel.All the emails queries related to legal shall be reverted as soon as possible and in addition to that the advises shall be shared officially on emails as well from the documentation point of viewShall furnish the documents asked for and answer queries on email and phone within 24 hours and also supply physical copies of the documents asked for within a period of 2 days or earlier in case of urgency. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to the industry.Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents of Employees, Customer, Vendor and service provider etc.Prepared Show cause notice, warning and termination letter for employees related to IR and ER Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.Manage legal risks and suggest strategies for risk mitigation.Coordinate with external legal Advocates, if required, for complex matters related to Employees, Customer, Vendor and Service Provider affecting the companyAssist in managing and coordinating legal proceedings related to Employees, Customer, Vendor and Service Provider affecting the companyWork with external counsel to handle litigations, arbitrations, and disputes.Draft legal notices, responses, and related documentation.Conduct enquiry by appointing external enquiry officer Assist in the protection of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.Handle IP filings and liaise with external legal firms for IP-related matters.Maintain and organize legal documents and records.Ensure proper documentation and filing systems for easy access and retrieval.Assist in ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements.Review corporate policies, Appointment letter, Trainee letter and ensure their alignment with legal standards.Address any other legal issues as assigned by senior management.
