You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale cloud data solutions, ensuring security, compliance, and high performance.What You’ll Do:Data Engineering & Cloud Architecture•Design, develop, and optimize cloud-based data pipelines and workflows using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks.• Architect and implement scalable and high-performance data solutions in Azure.• Leverage Azure SQL and distributed data processing frameworks for efficient data handling.Infrastructure & Automation • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) Templates.• Automate deployment, monitoring, and management of cloud data infrastructure using CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, Git, or Jenkins.• Use Kubernetes and containerization technologies for managing and scaling data workloads.Data Governance, Security & Compliance • Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with regulations like GDPR and CCPA.• Implement best practices for data encryption, access control, and auditing in Azure.Collaboration & Agile Execution • Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.• Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineersWhat You’ll Bring:• Strong expertise in Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL).• Proficiency in SQL, Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages for automation and data processing.• Hands-on experience with Terraform, ARM Templates, and CI/CD automation (Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins).• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization for data workloads.• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) with strong problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.What We Offer:At Delphi, we are dedicated to creating an environment where you can thrive, both professionally and personally.
