The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the engineering field, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and exceptional communication skills. As an Engineering Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top engineering talent that aligns with our company's goals and culture.Responsibilities:Proactively source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and experience.Work closely with Team lead to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and project needs to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of engineering candidates for current and future roles, ensuring a smooth recruitment workflow.Requirements:Minimum of one years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on engineering or technical roles.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).Strong understanding of engineering concepts, technologies, and industry practices.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates.Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.Ability to manage multiple roles and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
