We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution and delivery of software solutions for our government and corporate clients. This position will oversee project execution, client satisfaction, resource planning, team building, competition tracking and operational efficiency to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions that align with client expectations and business objectives.Job Responsibilities : Should have strong Delivery Management skills:Oversee end-to-end delivery of software solutions, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality project execution.Develop and implement best practices, delivery frameworksEnsure alignment of delivery with business goals, client needs, and organizational strategy.Should have handled Client Relationship Management:Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, ensuring strong relationships, proactive communication, and client satisfaction.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align delivery outcomes with client requirements.Address client escalations effectively within the scope of company objectivesCapability to do Resource and Capacity Planning:Manage resource allocation across multiple projects to ensure optimal utilization and timely delivery.Forecast capacity needsfostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.Should possess skills for Operational Excellence:Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, delivery timelines, and cost optimization.Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor project health, quality, and team performance.Champion Agile delivery methodologies, project governance frameworks, and industry best practices.Have knowledge of CMMI processesStakeholder Collaboration experience :Work closely with product management, engineering, and senior leadership to ensure alignment of delivery plans with business priorities and business revenues.Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
