Job Description: Assistant Product Manager (Supply Chain and CRM Team)About the Role: As an Assistant Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Product Managers in driving the success of our supply chain and CRM products. You will be responsible for overseeing various product operations, ensuring that our solutions meet their objectives and deliver exceptional value to our customers. Your role will involve managing key processes, collaborating with technical teams, and ensuring smooth coordination with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Product Operations Support: Assist in managing the entire product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and ongoing maintenance.Data Analysis: Analyze product performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide insights to enhance product offerings.Technical Coordination: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product specifications are met, technical issues are resolved, and product improvements are delivered on time.API Verification: Good knowledge on using Postman or similar tools to test and verify APIs to ensure functionality aligns with product requirements and also the integration of different tools.Customer Feedback Management: Collect and analyze customer feedback, using insights to inform product enhancements and future iterations.Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline product development and operational efficiency.Stakeholder Management: Regularly engage with stakeholders, providing daily updates on key metrics and project progress, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.Project Management: Assist in managing product-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.WMS & OMS Knowledge: Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS), such as EasyEcom, would be a strong advantage.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in product management, with a preference for those with experience in WMS and OMS systems (EasyEcom).Proficiency with Postman or similar tools for API testing and verification.Strong technical aptitude and understanding of product development processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing stakeholder expectations and providing regular updates.Passion for technology and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Benefits:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge products and technologies within the supply chain and CRM space.Mentorship and career development opportunities.Competitive compensation and benefits package.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Join our team and be part of a journey to shape the future of supply chain and CRM products!
